At Boho ↡↟ Vibe Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

↡ Returns
To start a return, please Contact Us with your order number and proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns that haven't been previously requested. We may ask for images or video evidence clearly indicating the fault or the manual with missing parts indicated in the case or Refunds and Returns.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know immediately. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

↡ Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
↠ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
↠ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

↡ Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

↡ Shipping

To return your product, please contact bohovibeco@outlook.com for further information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

↡ Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If it's approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
